Return and Exchange Policy

Payment Methods

Our payment service provider is Klarna Checkout, which allows you to pay for your order using the following methods:

  • Invoice
  • Installment payment
  • Credit or debit card
  • Online banking payment

Delivery

We ship your order as soon as possible after receiving it.

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days
  • During busy periods (e.g., campaigns): up to 5 business days

If your order includes products with different delivery times, we will ship the entire order once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.


Return and Exchange Policy

You have a 14-day right of return and exchange in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.
The right of return applies only to unused, saleable items in their original packaging.

Please check your products immediately upon receiving them.
Do not wash or use the product before deciding to keep it.

Please return the product neatly folded.

If you purchase an item to use later or as a gift, please check it as soon as you receive it.
Do not wash or use the product before you are sure it is suitable.
After the product has been used or washed, we cannot accept it for return even if, for example, the size turns out to be incorrect.

All possible complaints must be made as soon as possible after checking the product.

IMPORTANT! If a product is returned in unsellable condition (e.g., dirty, stained with makeup or powder, used, covered with pet hair, or poorly packed), we cannot accept the return as is.
In such cases, Nuttulux reserves the right to either:

  • return the product to the customer without a refund, or
  • deduct a minimum of €10 from the refund amount.

If the product is completely unsellable upon return, we may charge 100% of the product price.


Return Costs

Please note that product returns are subject to a fee:

  • Return cost within Finland: €7.90 per parcel
  • Return cost from outside Finland: €24 per parcel

If you return part or all of your order, the return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Return Instructions

Please always notify us in advance by email: info@nuttulux.fi

Returns are processed within 14 days after the returned parcel has arrived to us.
Refunds are made through Klarna Checkout or Checkout Finland — we do not need your bank account number.

You may send your return without waiting for a confirmation once you have sent the notification.
Please remember to keep your receipt or proof of return.

Please note: Failing to collect your order is not considered a cancellation.
A fee of €20 will be charged for uncollected parcels.

If the product is returned after the 14-day return period, we will deduct 30% of the product price.


No Returns for Hygiene Reasons

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:

  • Duvet cover sets
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear and UV clothing
  • Hair ties and clips
  • Headbands

Product Exchanges

  • We offer one free size exchange for regularly priced items.
  • Free exchange applies once per order.
  • If you wish to return a product that has already been exchanged, the return will be subject to the standard return fee.
  • If you return multiple items in separate shipments, a return fee will apply to each shipment.
  • Sale items: exchange fee €8.
  • Pattern placement exchanges: subject to postal fees.
  • Exchanging for a different product is not possible — please return the original product and place a new order.

Problem Situations and Complaints

If your product is lost, damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, please report the issue within 14 days by:

  • emailing info@nuttulux.fi, or
  • calling the phone number listed in our contact details.

If the parcel is clearly damaged upon delivery, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier you selected.


Other Terms

We reserve the right to update our return and exchange policy at any time.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the current policy before placing an order.
By completing a purchase, the customer accepts the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
